VINE: last days of August. Manual harvesting of grapes. The carefully selected grapes arrive at the winery transported in 15 kg wooden crates.
VINIFICATION: soft pressing of the grapes. Temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks.
REFINING: in steel tanks
CHARACTERISTICS: crystal clear, straw yellow in colour, consistent; intense and complex nose; fruity with hints of white-fleshed fruit, mineral and slightly vegetal and fragrant; fresh, persistent and balanced.
